Agreement
By using the REVO Hive website and REVO Hive mobile app (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Use and Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Apps. Bee Invent Inc. may change these Terms at any time, and continued use signifies acceptance of the changes.
Usage
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps for personal or internal business use related to beekeeping.
Links and Social Media
You may link to our homepage fairly and legally, without implying endorsement. Unauthorized framing or linking is prohibited. Social media features may be withdrawn without notice.
Children
Users under 13 need parental consent to use the Apps. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Password Security
You must keep your password confidential and notify Bee Invent Inc. of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Privacy
Your use of the Apps is governed by our Privacy Policy available on revohive.ca.
Third-Party Content
Content from third parties is for personal use only and must not be modified or redistributed without permission.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Apps unlawfully or disruptively. Bee Invent Inc. may terminate access for inappropriate use and will cooperate with law enforcement if needed.
Unauthorized Activities
You must defend and indemnify Bee Invent Inc. against any claims arising from your misuse of the Apps.
Proprietary Rights
"REVO Hive" and associated logos are owned by Bee Invent Inc. You must not use them without permission.
Data Use
Bee Invent Inc. uses your data to provide services and does not share personal data without your consent.
Subscription and Fees
Subscription fees are billed to your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. All fees are non-refundable. Communication will be electronic.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties.Bee Invent Inc. is not responsible for errors or data loss but we'll make our utmost effort to always protect your data at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Bee Invent Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for a subscription year.
Claims
Any claims must be filed within one year of occurrence.
Feedback
Feedback provided to Bee Invent Inc. becomes its property.
Termination
Bee Invent Inc. may terminate your account for violations. Ontario law governs these Terms.
Interpretation
Terms should be interpreted broadly, with singular and plural forms considered interchangeable.
